Gordon is an engineering focused mining executive with 30 years of hands-on operational experience in both major and junior categories, holding both senior leadership and CEO positions. Successful experience in large project engineering design, definitive study, project development and operations. International experience in mechanised surface (open cut) and shallow to ultra-deep underground mining operations expertise developed in Western Australia, West Africa, Mali, DRC, Brazil and Southern Africa. He is a proven results driven leader with direct technical and commercial work experience in the international mining industry.

Seten has built a diversified skillset over 16 years in mining and financial markets. Seten’s early career focused on fundamental equity and commodity analysis at SBG Securities, thereafter transitioning to balancing risk, unlocking value and timing of market trends as a Fund Manager at Capricorn Fund Managers and Visio Fund Managers. More recently he held the position of Executive at Implats, leading its strategic thinking into future global megatrends and the commodities which stand to benefit. Seten’s passion lies in applying his in-depth knowledge of commodities, battery chemistry, and the future of automobiles to strategically position companies to capitalise on opportunities presented by the energy transition global megatrend. Seten achieved top ratings as a Mining and Commodity Analyst and was the Chairman of the Hydrogen Expert Team at the Minerals Council of South Africa.

André is a Gold Fields-trained mining engineer with more than 33 years’ experience across a diverse range of mining environments. His career includes experience in Namaqualand copper mining, deep-level platinum operations, and trackless underground zinc and platinum mining. He has since returned to the Namaqualand copper region, bringing extensive operational knowledge and practical mining expertise. André is a people-focused leader who believes in building high-performing teams through competence, empowerment and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on creating productive working environments where employees can develop and succeed.

Tinus is a Goldfields-trained, certified electrical engineer with over 10 years of experience in gold mining and 33 years in the base metal and diamond mining industries of Namaqualand. He has played a key role in designing, constructing, and optimising various processing plants and underground installations across the region.

Jaco is the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal and Compliance at Copper 360 and has served on the Executive Committee since early 2024. He has been closely involved with the Company since before its JSE AltX listing in April 2023. With more than 30 years’ experience across legal, banking, structured finance and corporate finance, Jaco has held roles at Van Wyk Attorneys, Boland Bank, Decillion and Cadiz. He holds B. Juris and LLB degrees from Nelson Mandela University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Cape Town. His experience supports Copper 360’s legal, compliance, governance and strategic objectives.

Paula is the HR Executive at Copper 360 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in human resources, workforce planning and talent management. Her expertise spans recruitment, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, performance management and broader HR strategy. Paula is focused on building effective people practices that support organisational performance, employee development and operational efficiency. She holds an MBA from Potchefstroom University Business School, a BCom Honours from the University of Johannesburg and a BCom degree from Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education.
